One of the region’s favourite family traditions is back! Russells International Circus is set to return to Cleethorpes this September, marking an incredible 21 years of bringing circus magic to the town.
The 2026 production promises to be bigger, fresher and more action-packed than ever, featuring an exciting line-up of performers from countries including Mexico, Romania, Ukraine, Australia, Ethiopia and Kenya.
Among the brand-new acts joining the show this year is Liana from Ukraine, performing a spectacular aerial routine on the chandelier; David from Mexico, Russell’s hilarious new clown; and the Antipod Sisters from Ethiopia, who will amaze audiences with their unique and highly skilled foot-juggling display.
The action-packed show also features spectacular juggling, trapeze, aerial performances and the legendary Wheel of Death, bringing together traditional circus skills and modern international entertainment in a production designed to thrill audiences of all ages.
And there is even more to look forward to as part of this year's show, with Russells International Circus presenting a brand-new production: Robin Hood – The Legend of Sherwood Forest.

The production brings the legendary outlaw to life in a spectacular circus adventure, combining storytelling, comedy, daring performances and plenty of traditional circus magic.
Speaking ahead of the return to Cleethorpes, owner and ringmaster Rusty Russell said:
“We really can’t believe this is our 21st year coming to Cleethorpes. It has become such an important part of our circus calendar and we absolutely love returning to the town every year.
“We’ve got an incredible new show for 2026, with performers joining us from all over the world. We’ve worked hard to make sure there are lots of new acts for our regular audiences to discover, while still keeping all the excitement and traditional circus entertainment that people know and love.
“Liana on the aerial chandelier is absolutely breathtaking, David is a fantastic new clown and the Antipod Sisters are something very different – their foot juggling has to be seen to be believed.
“We’re also really excited about Robin Hood – The Legend of Sherwood Forest. It’s a completely new production for us and gives the audience another story to enjoy alongside all the spectacular circus acts.”
Keeping the Circus Affordable
With the cost of family days out continuing to rise, Russells International Circus is also introducing a brand-new ticket deal for 2026, designed to help keep a trip to the circus affordable.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, every ticket is just £9.99, while at all other performances audiences can take advantage of a new 4 tickets for just £44 offer.
Rusty Russell added:
“We know that families are having to watch what they spend, and we want the circus to remain something that everyone can enjoy. That’s why we’ve introduced our new £9.99 Wednesday and Thursday tickets, as well as our 4 tickets for £44 deal at other performances.
“We want people to be able to come along, forget about everything else for a couple of hours and simply enjoy a fantastic night out together. We’ve made the 2026 show bigger and better, but we’ve worked hard to make sure the price remains affordable too.”
