Manor Farm is an established new community on the south-east edge of Bardney, with 150 homes already complete and occupied.
Construction work is now underway on Phase 3 of Manor Farm, with the development set to deliver a new collection of 41 homes in the well-connected Lincolnshire village.
This latest phase will support the continued growth of the Manor Farm community, which is surrounded by countryside and located just 11 miles from the historic cathedral city of Lincoln.
The development will include a broad mix of homes designed to suit a range of buyers, including first-time purchasers, growing families and downsizers. 23 open market sale homes will be on offer and 18 homes will be available under the First Homes scheme, a Government-backed initiative that allows eligible first-time buyers to purchase a new build home for 30% less than its market value.
Available from early 2027, the new collection will include one and two-bedroom starter homes, three-bedroom family homes, four-bedroom detached homes, five-bedroom properties and a selection of bungalows.
Each home has been designed with modern living in mind, combining practical layouts, contemporary specifications and energy-efficient features, such as solar panels and electric vehicle charging points, to support everyday comfort and convenience.
As part of the development, Chestnut Homes is making financial contributions through the planning agreement to support local infrastructure and services in the area, including Bardney Surgery, Bardney Primary School and the bus service between Lincoln and Horncastle.
Manor Farm will also include a range of biodiversity features designed to support local wildlife and enhance the natural environment. As part of the current development phase, Chestnut Homes will plant 156 trees, featuring 10 different tree species, helping to create a greener and more attractive community for residents.
Samantha Hart, Sales and Marketing Director at Chestnut Homes, said: “We’re very proud to have started work on the next phase of Manor Farm, marking an exciting milestone for this development. Bardney continues to be a popular location for buyers looking to enjoy village life while remaining well connected to Lincoln and the surrounding area.
“As work progresses, we look forward to seeing the development continue to take shape and welcoming new residents to the community.”
Located in the heart of Bardney, Manor Farm offers residents a balance of countryside living and everyday convenience with a range of local amenities nearby, including a convenience store, primary school, takeaways, butchers, hairdressers, doctors’ surgery, village hall, playing fields and allotments.
The development is also ideally positioned for exploring surrounding towns and attractions, including Woodhall Spa, Horncastle, Sleaford and Lincoln. Nearby woodland walks, cycling routes and boating opportunities along the River Witham offer a range of outdoor leisure activities close to home.
Interested buyers are encouraged to register their interest now to be among the first to receive updates, launch details and further information on the new homes.
